Welcome to Old Cutler South (OCS), a volunteer-led organization that has been the heart of our neighborhood for decades. Whether you’re new to the area or a long-time resident, OCS is here to foster connections and strengthen the close-knit community we all love.

At OCS, we believe that a strong neighborhood makes for a richer living experience. We’re proud to host a variety of events throughout the year that bring neighbors together, creating opportunities to meet new friends and reconnect with familiar faces. Some of our favorite traditions include:

 

Block Party – Over 130 neighbors joined us for an unforgettable celebration this past March!
Driveway Happy Hours – Casual gatherings where you can relax and catch up with neighbors.
Progressive Potluck Crawl – A neighborhood culinary tour with stops at neighbors' homes.
Halloween Kick-Off – Coming up soon!
Santa’s Runway – A magical Christmas Eve tradition for all ages.

Whether you’ve been with us for years or are just settling in, OCS keeps everyone informed and connected year-round through email updates and our website. We encourage both new and existing members to join in and stay involved.
